This is really painful and a regret to be a customer of Flame Center, South Patel Nagar. I am bearing Consumer Number FCO06117A in the name of Krishan Pal and have faced many problems with them. I have submitted Aadhaar
card copy more than 5 times since than government announced that Aadhar card is mandatory in Gas booking along with Bank pass book copy but today my account is blocked due to none submission of AAdhar card and pass book copy which is quiet strange to me and looks like Flame Center is not doing the job properly.
This is not the one problem many times we received the message that the Refill
has been delivered to you but the delivery doesn't happen.
Please send my complaint to Indian Oil so that a firm action can be taken against Flame Center to assure the customers as every other consumer is facing the same problem in this area. Was this information helpful? |
