[Resolved]  Flashstar Commerce — We have received different modal in badly damaged condition and missing charging cable

Hello sir,

we have ordered a mobile phone ( REDMI 10 (Midnight Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) to flipkart on 13 Dec'22 (against order id-OD[protected], but when we received a box from delivery boy 15 dec'22 found that it was not ordered product another mobile which was badly damaged and charging cable was missing, only one adaptor ( new ) in the box only .

for such a reputed brand don't expect such blunders..
When I complained about this in flipkart 15 days replacement was rejected from there no help from their.

Hi, Still we are facing the same problem . only i am waiting for return approval since 15 dec'22 to till date but again and again REPLACEMENT REJECTED from flipkart . 5 complaints have already been rejected from flipkart and this is the 6th complaint and cs teams always told me that we are working on this issue and after some days my complaint was closed, always one reason your images were not clear . I have already explained the whole scenario to the flipkart CS team. if not get any positive response in writing today itself m going to lodge a complaint in consumer court. Regards, Bandhan Panday
