I, am suffering with a exchange related issue since 1st october 2019, no resolution provided and false commitment dates are provided every time, 1st it was 3rd october, then extended to 4th then 5th the 7th.
Why i am suffering so much and why your company is playing with me like this.
If you are not accepting any old phone without any defect why are you offering exchange??
Why are you cheating like this?
Being a flipkart customer i am shocked and irritated abt this matter.
Please provide me my product without further delay.

Dear sir,
I don't have any more patience in this regard and i can't wait till 7th the promise day is on 3rd plz act acordingly. I am very unfortunate that flipkart is such a cheater company like this. I promise not to opt for flipkart in future and i promise to share this incident in the social community.
