I have bought vivo Y53s (Deep Sea Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM). Within 7 days the phone screen is not working. When i place for return request they rejected since it's crossed 7 days. On 8th day i have placed for return/replacement through Flipkart. But i haven't received any call from Flipkart or seller. So, i request you to kindly consider this on priority and refund the full amount. I don't need replacement since i don't trust this seller.

The phone touch screen was not working from August 22, 2021
As suggested one of my friend we have removed tempered glass and tried but still the touch screen was not working.
