I have bought a Swiss military wallet from flatworld rewards by going through hdfc netbanking reward section. I made the purchase on[protected], but till now neither i hav received the product nor any confirmation from flatworld rewards about the order.
The only thing that I hav received from flatworld rewards is a mail on[protected] about successful transaction with details mentioned below:

Amount Paid: 799.00

Customer Phone Number: ##########
Contacted flatworld rewards via mail multiple times, tried their number which is inactive,
Even raised this issue with hdfc bank n pay u ..but got no response.
I am very disturbed n disappointed with this incident. I never thought that this fraud merchant is active n neither hdfc bank nor payu is doing anything about it.
They have defrauded so many people n both hdfc bank n payu still doing business with flatworld rewards. Was this information helpful? |
