Ordered a Swiss Army bag on flatworld rewards website. I visited their page through recommendation from the HDFC Bank's rewards page. Order details-

Their contact numbers are dead and I have not got a single reply from them on email whenever I have followed up for the order. Clearly, they are running a scam and need to be reported to the Police. Can this forum kindly assist with the same?

Hi, I too faced the same issue I have ordered JBL speaker worth 6000 rs but exactly after 3 month after more than 20 followup emails I got the product delivered today. Please use this email for followup [protected]@flatworldrewards.com. please check whether you have provided your delivery address because it was not asking while doing payment. I have been asked for address which i provided later and got the items.
