I have emailed to the customer support ([protected]@offers.flatworldrewards.com), called the phone number given in website ( +[protected]) but got no response. Email was bounced back & the given phone number is always switched off. I feel cheated. The only reason I placed the order with flat rewards was because the email was through HDFC.
