Flatworld Rewards — Order Not Received

I have bought a Pebble Bold Wireless Bluetooth Speaker from flatworld rewards by going through hdfc netbanking reward section. I made the purchase on 12-02-22, and received a mail saying it will delivered within 21 working days. but till now neither I have received the product nor any confirmation from flatworld rewards about the order.

I am very disturbed n disappointed with this incident. I never thought that this fraud merchant has business with HDFC bank and payu, where both are nothing doing anything about it.
They have defrauded so many people and both hdfc bank and payu still doing business with flatworld rewards.
