I had placed order for Skull Candy wireless ear buds on 23rd Feb (Invoice number - 11581) on Flatworld rewards site. I received the Flatword rewards link through HDFC Bank.
I am yet to receive the product inspite of multiple mail follow-up with them. Their contact number does not exist. For every 2 follow-up mail they respond once with same message that product will be delivered in next 7-10 days and its been more than 2 months now and no sight if the product will be delivered.
They are not even bothered to respond to request for refunding the amount. This is fraud. Was this information helpful? |
