[Resolved] Flex Enterprise Aurangabad, Maharashtra — fraud company

They are calling and blackmailing to pay legal clearance as the company kept the case. They aren't telling about case details. I paid a amount of 4500 as maintenance charges to them.. They even send me noc. Now they are asking 18950/- to clear case from court. They called me and tell that i to pay amount now.. Are they crazy. Please do anything and block this type of fraud companies.. Please take action against this fake company. A fake advocate is torturing now whom i have blocked. I am attaching the screenshots.

"as you didn't pay your legal charges of your legal clearance process amount regarding i net solutions to complete your termination process of your agreement...

So that the company has issued your hard copy of your legal notice on your home address

You need to attend on court as soon as possible or clear the process right now to sanction your case closure report as well as your court clearance."..

Hi, I have receive a call from 9898277689 . The gentlemen told he called from consumer complaint site and told me that my complaint is resolved and the company will not ask for any money, they will clear my data from their end, the company will not call me in future and the company has also cancelled my agreement. Then he send me a link from mail id "[email protected]" and told me to change my status mark as resolved.

Updated by Subhasis Padhi Hi Today one lady told her name Sweta called me and told she is from consumer complaint side. She was asking me about Flex Enterprise. I told her all details and what happen with me, about the charges, NOC and Legal notice. She told me to give her the Flex Enterprise contact details and I shred with her. after 1hr again she called me and told that she talked with Flex Enterprise and they are agreed to do the settlement and I have to give them the amount through Miss Sweta Rs 5980 immediately otherwise the company will proceed this case forward to court and I may have to pay higher. I just want to know that the call I got from Miss Sweta is from Consumer Comoplaint side or fake. how could I know this?

The lady called me her name she said Miss Sweta and no-[protected]

Then he send me a link from mail id "[protected]@gmail.com" and told me to change my status mark as resolved. But I found message from Consumer Complaint side that "https://www.consumercomplaints.in does NOT call users. Anyone claiming over the phone he/she represents https://www.consumercomplaints.in is a scammer.

In rare cases https://www.consumercomplaints.in may contact it's users via email using only and only official @https://www.consumercomplaints.in email. Any letter received from any other email address is not associated with https://www.consumercomplaints.in ". So I don't understand what to do. Can some body help me that what I have to do. I change my status to Mark as Resolved or stay as usual ?
