Flipcruze.com — fraudulent complaint

Dear sir,

I did shopping on 18th january'2019 through the above company website named flipcruz.com. Product was - BAJAJ DRY IRON by paying rs. 649/- AND 17900/- through net banking and my order no. #918 provided by the said company. They promised me to deliver this product with 4-5 working days, i waited for a week for my order and when i didn't received i started doing follow up with the number provided by them. Once or twice they picked up the call after this phone number [protected] is coming switch off. I sent 3-4 mails in their given customer service email id "flipcruze" but no response from them. So i realized this website is fake website and they use to call to the customer and pushing them to do shipping with their website in discounted rate.

Request you to please find out this fake company and arrange to return my money and make sure they wont cheat any other customer, who do online shopping due to lake of time.
