[Resolved] Flipkart — 1st sent faulty tv, now no installation of MITV | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have recently purchased a MI television from Flipkart, they have sent a faulty product to me and now they have replaced but now from last two days i am asking my installation status, they are not replying me properly, they said to talk to JEEVES customer support and Jeeves customer support has updated me for installation query you have to contact only Flipkart. There is no coordination between Flipkart and Jeeves, they are just misleading the customer they disconnected my phone many times and harassed me. they are not refund my money also not assign the installation process. My orders details are below: Ordered on Aug 22, 2021 Order ID OD[protected] Update from Flipkart Customer Service for [Incident: IN[protected]] Return requested on Aug 25, 2021 Order ID OD[protected] So kindly help me on this matter.
