[Resolved] Flipkart — 3334rs is not credited in my acount

They do not refund my 3334rs in my account for the order i'd od[protected]... insist of refunding they says they refund it but rs is not credited in my acount. now they says to contact the bank and bank says to contact the flipkart... now to whom i contact to get my money back because both flipcard and don't support me in getting my money back

Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue is already addressed and we informed customer to check with bank regarding refund as we have initiated refund successfully with below refund ref ID:[protected]****. Ref ID is shared with customer via email.
