Flipkart — A.C not getting delivered

I purchased the below product from Flipkart.

Product: LG Super Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Dual Inverter AI, 4 Way Swing, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection AC - White (PS-Q19RNZE, Copper Condenser)
Order Date: 22nd May, 2022

After 3-4 days, I received a text message that the product was cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay. And if you reorder it within 10 days, 2000 gift wallet money will be added as appreciation o[censored]nderstanding.

And, Since I added a 10K wallet amount for purchasing the A.C only, I reordered it(below is the info). It got delivered on 1st June, 2022 and was rejected by installation guys saying the part was missing on 4th June, 2022.

Replacement request was raised by installation guys only and hence the new order and return pick up was arranged.
Return pickup was scheduled on 7th June, 2022 and replacement product delivery date was scheduled on 20th June, 2022.
For return. I also received a message that morning that says your product will be picked by today. But once it got picked, I didn't receive any pickup success message.

Now from 7th June till today, the return status of the item is not updated in the app and the new replacement product is not shipped either.

After tons of calls and explanations and queries raised to Flipkart support, I'm only getting dates, only dates. that this date you will get an update, this date you will get an update. That's it.
We have escalated your issue. We are looking into it. Is your return pick up done?? have you ordered the new product?? your new product is on hold, technical issue... blah blah... but no resolution is provided till now.

I have been told or asked these questions only.

It's already half June, guys. I ordered it on May 22nd. It's almost a month.
And above that, there is still no update. only resolution dates I have.

Please give my money back. Please
