[Resolved] Flipkart — AC not installed for 1 month

Order ID: OD[protected] Product:Blue Star 3HW18JB1 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC I bought BLUESTAR AC from flipkart. The tricky part here is only flipkart needs to install the product NOT BLUESTAR. If I get it installed by others warranty will be void. I have been trying to get my AC installed from last one month. I was not aware that it will be such a pain to get it done by FLIPKART. I Raised installation request on 13th JUN then I called at least 10 times, everyday to followup that request no use. Every time I hear same answer from flipkart agent that it will be done by 24 hours. When I called on 22nd I heard new reply saying earlier installation request was closed without installation being done. I had to raise new request. I got a message saying it will be done in before 25th and then i got another message saying it will be done by 27th, but neither of them was done.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he says that installation is still not done. Customer received a confirmation that installation will done yesterday and it is still not done. So apologized for the inconvenience and assured him that we will try and get it done on priority.
