Sir, I am unhappy with the product quality and stability due to the below reasons; 1) poor display quality and resolution 2) freezes randomly 3) poor touch sensitivity Reported the problem to flipkart the same day i received my order however they are not ready to refund money as credits to purchase another tab instead forcing me to get it replaced. Verified Support Oct 02, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about defective product. We had interacted with the customer and offered the replacement for the same and customer wants only refund. As per policy T&C only replacement is possible. Hence closing the complaint.
