[Resolved] Flipkart — Asking for extra money on delivery of product | |||
I ordered 3 books on flipkart and got the delivery on time. I have chosen CASH ON DELIVERY option. When I received the order, the delivery boy was asking for extra money for him as convenience charges. When I enquired on Flipkart, they say there are no convenience charges. The delivery boy argued with me for half an hour in public. This is so frustrating. This behaviour is unacceptable. They are making fool o[censored]s. When I complained about the deivery boy on Flipkart, the executive said that they are training their courier executives to be more courteous and professional.
