Flipkart — Asus zenfone laser damaged product | |||||
I have pre-ordered ASUS Zenfone laser cost 10, 000 INR. Unfortunately there are problems with the battery like battery draining, hanging up and switch off intermittently. I have raised a replacement request . But the flipkart has rejected saying reboot the phone. That is not proper resolution. After reboot still the problem exists and i raised the replacement request again. Again flipkart rejected stating that i have t go and check with the asus service center and have to get a confirmation that mobile is having a problem. In the mean while one day, i charged my mobile, a small blast happened and the mobile fell down from chair and nothing has happened to the mobile glass and panel but my battery got dents and bends. I have raised to service center, they said it is a physical damage. But my concern is flipkart has rejected my replacement twice and that blast has happened after that only. If flipkart has taken my replacement issue, then i might have got the new mobile and also there wont be any blast. Now asus has denied that is is a physical damage. To replace the parts, i have to pay more than the mobile. And mobile falling from a 2 feet height has damaged all the parts which means the product is quality less and flipkart is selling them and making customers fools even we raise the replacement requests. I claim that flipkart is responsible for my battery blast as they have not given the replacement. Because of that physical damage happened and asus has denied that. Flipkart literally sold me a defective quality less product. They are not even responding to the customers properly. I have raised issues thrice but i dint get any call. SImply they closed it with a mail saying that is a physical damage. Now i am the one lost the money and not having the money. I want my refund or replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||||

No Proper reponses from Flipkart csc. They dont even know what the problem is and they are denying the requests. They are providing 30 days replacement. Even we raise the issue also, they are not giving the proper resolution. Service has to be given properly. But that is not being given.
