Flipkart — Bad Service happening from Flipkart

I had requested for returning the product. Flipkart promise for 30 days return policy. When I complaint that my product is getting heated and hanging each time after I bought. There is no proper response from flipkart. Simply the process is being delayed. Flipkart please dont make me lose trust on the company. My order no. is OD[protected] Because of these kind of service the trust on flipkart is being lost. Please take this heating and hanging product back and return my money .
