I too have been cheated by Flipkart. Buy online always from Amazon or E bay.Flipkart quotes less and supplies only refurbished electronics items. If they dont get refurbished items from their supplier, they just cancel your orders.

Good evening, i am a seller on your website under the name Toyworld123. This is in reference to complaint ID[protected]Your company has held my payments for over a month now and for no reason what so ever.Your
team is extremely inefficient in helping or sorting my issues out. i
have provided your company with the list of pending payments with the
compete order IDS over 6 times however your "senior staff" Mrs.Komal
singh who is supposingly in charge of my account refuses to get back
with me or provide me with an definitive response.The total pending
amount is Rs.26692.92 out of which following up for almost a month the
transferred a mere Rs.4554.3. Why are my payments being held up? This is
the exact reason why i have removed all my listings from your seller
portal.Every time i call your customer care number i am either
laughed at, yes your so called professional team has the audacity to
laugh at its sellers who have been selling on your "India's number one
market place" for over a year now, they refuse to transfer my call to
komal singh or to any supervisor for that matter with the repetitive
excuse "sorry they are in a meeting" . I just got of the phone with
Mr.Dheeraj and he was extremely unhelpful, following the standard
protocol "we have escalated the issue we will arrange a call back etc
etc." I wonder does your senior staff do anything besides sit in
meetings?Mr. Sachin i want my payments cleared as there is no valid
reason your company is holding them up, for no fault of mine or my
company. Our account has always been a positive one with the seller
ratings above 70%. Failing to do which i shall take this matter to the
social media and send your company a legal notice as well.
