[Resolved] Flipkart — camera is not opening | |||
Hi, I made the below purchase of Lenovo S8 tablet (OD[protected] as the image attached with this mesaage on jun 18, 2015 and the device was delivered to me on jun 22, 2015. It was defective with a camera issue reporting "camera error" message whenever i tried opening the camera. I contacted the customer care team and made my query and they gave me the troubeshooting step like 'hard reset'. I tried it but still then i was not able to access the camera in the device. I made three return requests but all were cancelled and the defective device is still with me. I've been continuously calling flipkart customer care[protected] for more than 5 days and still then i am not able to return the device. I have attached images of my order, delivery of the device and the three return requests i made herewith this message. Verified Support Jul 02, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has posted a complaint stating that the handset delivered is defective and it has camera issue. So we have already taken a request for "return & refund". So closing the complaint as the issue is already addressed.
