[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancel my confirmed order without my consent | |||||
Sir i had successfully ordered a redmi note 4 in flash sale on 24/5/2017 and also received confirmation email from flipkart that your order have been confirmed. But afterwards without any due reason they cancelled the same order. After that i had again successfully ordered the same in flash sale on 26/5/2017 and also received order confirmation mail from flipkart. And once again they cancelled my next order without due reason. I had requested them but they hadn't paid any heed. The screenshots of that mails is attached here with. Verified Support May 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We are sorry to let you know that your order for the above-mentioned product has been canceled as the seller was unable to procure the product. We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through. You can be sure that we'll take definite steps to set this right and to ensure this does not happen again.
