[Resolved] Flipkart — cancelled the order without asking to customer | |||
I have ordered a product from flipkart on 6 october 2014 for redmi 1s the standard delivery was of 14 october, and on 12 october the product was out for delivary but not delivered till 13 october and on 13 october a message sent from flipkart that i have rejected the order which was totally a lie the i called flipkart they told that the consignment was damaged by them and will not deliver so they cancelled that order and told that you have to apply a new order on next sale my name is Vikas arya registered mobile no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
