[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancelled the order without customer knowledge | |||
Order ID: OD[protected] I have ordered a phone with offer on 28th of june. It was yet to delivered by 3rd of june. But when I called customer service & asked for the status, she ms.aaisha who simply cancelled the order & said you order has been cancelled now if you want reorder the same again this is the way they are cheating the customer when I see the rate in the app it showing more than that I was booked. But no one has replied properly to my query. Flipkart is growing in its business so this kind of cheating is easy for them & covering all public by showing several offer but foolish public easily going back with flipkart even though they have cheated. For five days flipkart has holding my money & cancelling the order Was this information helpful? | |||
