Flipkart — Cancelling order | |||||
Respected sir/madam Yesterday i placed order in flipkart of Sony MDR ZX110A Wired Headphones amounting Rs.294 and paid. I am so happy to place the order. I got confirmation message also . But today i received message as below "Order Cancelled: Sorry, Sony MDR ZX110A Wired ... with order id OD[protected] has been cancelled as the item is not available with the seller at the moment. Rs. 294.00 will be refunded in your bank account/card by 10 business_days. Please check email for more details." But same seller placed new stock with increased price. Even i asking them to give compensation they are simply saying " this is due to the technical glitch. You are requested to place a fresh order. Apologies!" This is several times flipkart cancelling my orders. So i request you to certain action against on Flipkart and please issue new customer policy and fine them huge.
