[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating customers by sending partial item and billing for full | |
On 19th may i placed an order (From hyderabad) for 2 bottle of hand sanitizer from flipkart with order number od[protected]. I selected cod order and the product was supposed to be delivered to my mother in kolkata. Order was delivered on 27th may and the delivery person took full amount as mentioned on the package and left. When my mother opened the package after 15 mins, she found only 1 bottle of 500 gram. Then and there i called flipkart and informed and also sent email. Direct customer service in unavailable on phone, so had to choose on app for callback. Since then i am sick and tired of raising issues, but not getting any assistance what so ever. Got 2 calls, who promised to help but nothing. Facebook escalation has no difference. I even reached out to their grievance officer, he doesn't even respond. Just ignores my emails. I create issue on the app, they close it on there end saying package was not tampered, so i wold be sent the full order. I have made huge amount of purchases on flipkart, but these people have no respect for the goodwill what so ever. Please help me get my money from these dacoits who have the thieves selling products on flipkart and looting the customers. I promise to switch to amazon forever once i get the money they have stolen from me. Was this information helpful? | |
