Flipkart — Cheating to Client

I wanna share my worst experience with Flipkart online Shopping portal, so the clients like me should not get cheat, i have purchased a product Order ID: OD[protected], when i received the product they deliver the different color, i request them to return the product, they collected the product and return the amount in Flipkart wallet, becoz when ever i called Customer Care of flipkart they will say i am sorry for inconvience we will take it as your feedback, again i ordered the product since it was very much urgent for me i enuire with Customer care is their any possibility to send the product with in a day itself, since next day i was flying for my sister marriage, i didnt get time, i was full tied up with my meetings, Customer care people they said ya ya you can select Delivery Option Today while ordering, for that you need to pay 140 Rs extra, i do agree that and i had given a fresh order OD[protected], after that i was not able to trace the product, i said to my friend kindly trace the order or try to be in touch with customer care people at what time i can received the product, my friend he had called to customer care people but they keep on saying how they have learned in training like "You no need to worry about the product you will get the product with in 9 P.M, " Since i had given my office address i was waiting in office till 8:45 then i tried contacting my friend what you had conversation with customer care becoz its 8:45, i did not get any response from them they didnt even call, so my friend he said i will call customercare you wait in office, he called to Flipkart people they said i am Sorry for inconvenience i will take it as a Feedback, we willnot repeat this again, they didnt even bothered to intimate me saying that we are not able to deliver the product, when my friend enquired with them with his number [protected] then they said i am Sorry for inconvenience, Kindly cancel the Order, What kind of people they are, What a worst service they are providing to Client, They dont even think for Client, Morning they had given me 280 rs, since they were not able to deliver the product . what they are thinking we are beggar or what, being a old customer what kind of service i am getting from Flipkart, Such a Worst service i have never seen, Jabong is far far better than this flipkart, i will file a case on them.i request to indian Cosumer Complaint help me to get my Product free of cost so they will not repeat this again with any client, or they should pay huge penalty for this, then they will understand the importance of clients timing.
