I received a used & faulty pair of earbuds after they were sold as new at full price. The Case has a faulty battery because the light on the case glows orange even when the app says the charge level of the case is at a 100%. The Earbuds themselves right out of the box were at different levels of charge which could only happen if they were faulty as well or they were used by someone else before I received the product. This is indeed the case, which I can confirm because the device has someone else's named attached to it when viewed in the software. The customer support refuses to accept my request of a replacement because of their "Open Box Delivery" policy failing to understand that it cannot account for hardware and software issues that cannot be inspected at the time of delivery.
