I have purchased around 4493 worth of eBook from flipkart. earlier it was opening from ebook ios app and from desktop but from last month they have stop support for ebook. When i called them and inform them that ebooks were not opening through app and from their website they just take one complaint and told me to wait for 24 hour and told that soon they will get back to me with an update but till no one had called me. I have called several time but every time same fake promise with no solution. Then i have mailed them for refund but they are not responding. My simple question if you people unable to solve my issue then refund my money but they haven't reply from past week. Flipkart customer support is worse and their service is pathetic now days Please help me out of this flipkart trap and helps me to get my money back.
