This is bring into your notice that I brought Samsung Galaxy Grand on Flipkart.com and paid Rs18400.00 with my credit card on 10th Dec'13' assuming that the product will be delivered within 3days which is by 13th Dec.The product was not delivered by 13th Dec, then I called their customer service to tract the product and to find the phone number of their courier service however they did not gave me any contact number and advice me call back within 24 hr however I did not receive any call, I was very disappointed so I canceled my order on 16th Dec over the phone with an agent. Immediately I receive an email stating that I will receive a refund within 2-3 days and now it already 26th Dec. The strange part is that after 10 days of the cancellation of order, the courier man came to delivered the product on 26th Dec however I return the product and did not receive it, that means that Flipkart was not aware where my product was ?? as they promised the refund and sent product for the delivery.
I have a doubt that I will get the refund of Rs 18400, So I want consumer forum to help me to get my money back as Flipkart has been giving me run around and their customer service is not reliable at all.
