Dear sir/maam,
I have purchased a noble led t. v from snap deal on 23rd of jan of this year. now that t. v is not working issue is that when we switch on the t. v noble logo appears then it become black.
So i have raised complaint in your v care customer care centre on 9th of july and customer care executive said that complaint will attended within 2 working days which does not happen. i have received notification from customer care with service engineer no. when i called that person he told me that he is an installation guy it’s not his work again i have called to customer care they appoint the same engineer. again he called the same story. then they appoint new engineer name is yusuf. he denied attending as he is from east delhi and my location is in south delhi. after frequent calls they appoint they appoint new service engineer mr. rajnish and he attend the complaint on 16th july. find out the issue that panel is not working. he will change it within 2-3 working days. now after 17 days issue is not resolved.
I am totally disappoint from service so kindly look in to this. see how many times have called you but not getting proper response from you guys. i am totally harassed from you guys that felling cheated that after invest this much money in product customer is not served well.
Kindly look in to the matter and help us, feeling helpless.
