Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that product is not working and it not getting the ON so he looking for replacement. Informed customer that in system product still showing as shipped and once it changed to delivered within 24 hrs will create the replacement and customer agreed. Once status is changed in FLO creating replacement.
