Flipkart — Complaint in regards to Mobile Cover | |||
This is in with regards to the mobile cover of IPhone 5S which i have order on 15.08.14. from Flipkart.com... On 22.08.14. i have received the product in the damage condition... On the day of delivery itself @ around 11:13 PM i have called on Flipkart customer care & informed them about the same... They have assured me that i will get the replacement of the product & asked me to wait for another 2 to 3 working days for the delivery of the product... Today i have received the replacement of the product but the same is also on the damage condition... Again i have called back the Flipkart customer care & informed them about the same... Now i have asked for the refund of the amount (Rs. 849/-) which i have made to buy the product... I have also asked for the interest of these days which they have denied for... It took 03:00 hours long chat after which they have agreed to pay the interest of 10days... During this 03:00 Hours they kept me on the Hold for more than 45 Minute & I have spoken with 04 different executive (Vandana Rane, Irfan Khan, Padmashree & Finally with Manish Singh)... During this conversation there were many word which got exchange between us & i have lots my temper because of which i have used the slang language at the end of the call.. The recorded conversation is available with Flipkart team which can be used for reference... I just want that the company should be serious when they are delivering the things to the customer & incase if there is any issue with the product then some kind of penalty should be changed on the company... The company is using the money of the consumer & gaining the interest on it & at the same time not delivering the proper product to the consumer... If strict action is not taken against this companies then they will take customer into consideration & keep on doing this kind of things... Was this information helpful? | |||
