[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint regardring purchase of of AC online

Sub: Daikin 1.5 tons split AC Indoor unit FTC 50 PRV 16 and outdoor unit RC50 PRV 16 ordered online with flipkart and delivered by ekart vide consignment No.WSRC[protected] and WSRC [protected] both dated 9th Sept. 2014 at 34, 3rd floor, Mayfair Apartments, Mayfair Garden, behind Hauz Khas Police Station, New Delhi 110 016 on the basis of cash on Delivery vide receipt No.382027 & 382028 both dated 9.9.2014 I have serious complaint in regard to two air-conditioners of Daikin make purchased from Flipkart on line: 1. You have not provided me with the invoice inspite of my asking repeatedly on telephone. Your promise that you have traced the order and would be sending the invoice copy of email on my email id: [protected]@jkmail.com is not honoured till date. Please immediately send me the invoice related to the consignment nos mentioned above. 2. One of the two machines is not functioning properly. Your service centre has directed me to take up this matter with the service centre of Daikin. The daikin service centre says that they do not offer any service or warranty for goods purchased on line which has not been highlighted by you. In case this is true, buying on line through flipkart is a fraud. A company of your repute has to inform me the factual status and direct me further in the matter.
