[Resolved] Flipkart — Customer care complaint | |||||
I ordered hit mosquito bat and vegetable grater on 9/10/21 via Flipkart..My order id: OD[protected] but the seller didn't dispatch my order till the delivery date of 16/1021..So I cancelled my order...But till now I don't get my refund for my order..I contacted Flipkart customer care many times but they don't given any proper response..I complaint many times and they given ticket numbers but complaint numbers are automatically closed by customer care..The seller and customer care both are trying to Cheat me...What I do? Nov 4, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart Customer care called me on 01/11/21 and my refund credited on 04/11/21...So my complaint resolved... Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
