[Resolved] Flipkart — Customer support is worst | |||
I have sent a return request on[protected] as the product is not as per my expectations, I have been explaining reasons to return this phone for last 4 days and I am receiving a call from your side once in everyday which is now irritating me as m also working I don't have free time to pickup your call at your choice of time nor I have time to resolve my issues through a software. First day I was asked to reset my phone I did it immediate after talking to you as a result I lost my apps data then second day I was asked to take help of an application please I just can't do this all how can a software can improve its camera quality...I m requesting you to please return this phone as soon as possible and I have decided not to buy any product from Flipkart.com. They call once in every day and saying to run a app which resolve your all problem, how a app improve camara quality/heating problem, i can not understand. please stop your return/request facility if you can not return any product. please stop making people fool.
