[Resolved] Flipkart — Damaged Goods delivered and not taking return | |||
Hi I purchased a Sauna Belt from Flipkart, they delivered before they committed, I purchased it on COD mode. Once I opened and tried to use it, the product is not working at all and immediately I placed a return request to flip kart. They rejected my request simple saying that the seller is not accepting it, I tried again and they replied the same. Really its good to buy products from our nearest shop, atleast we can check the quality and can bargain with the shop keeper. If it is not working after that we can go and return to the shop keeper immediately. Please save small business people. Was this information helpful? | |||
