[Resolved] Flipkart — Damaged phone sent | |||
I had ordered an Asus Zenfone phone 5 via filpkart for which i got the phone within few days. The problem is they gave me a damaged phone. A sim slot was not working. When i contacted the customer care they told their technical teams will contact me. Since i am working in bank i requested them to contact me on the time i gave them so that i will be free to access the net. But they never do so. Now i am daily calling the customer care and requesting. "I feel like the customer is the slave for flipkart" Was this information helpful? | |||
