Mene Flipkart par Spyder craft ka ek hammock swing chair order Kiya tha 16 January ko jo 29 January me deliverd hua...jiska price 10, 789 Rs hai...jiske sath milne wala ek cushion missing he aur product ka chair completely damaged hai..me pehle return karna chaha, lekin bad me mene replace karne ka socha...par Flipkart me mera return request stuck ho gaya...mujhe daily ek time dene laga ki thik kar denge, par kuch nhi hua...mujhe refund dene ke liye 4 bar form fillup kiya gaya, mera bank details liya gaya..last me Flipkart ne mera account hi block kar diya ... Bol Raha he ki jyda return karne ke karan block hua he.. mene aajtak Flipkart me sirf damaged product, missing product ya wrong pe hi return Kiya he...aur return karte time full evidence lete hai, jaise ki picture send karne parti he aur kabhi PAN card bhi dena par sakta hai ye bhi agree karna parta hai.. tabhi return request accept hoti he... agar product damaged ayega to ham kyu rakhenge ?? Ab mujhe refund nhi de Raha..mera 10, 789 rs ka product tha aur wo bhi damaged... please mera help kijiye... mujhe mera refund pane me help kijiye... please ...
