We ordered product "Primeway - Pw406Mt_W Roll n Roll" online from Flipkart dated 27-Sept and it got delivered on 3rd Oct. I got the defective Piece and Customer Care has refused to give the exchange / return of the same. Being first time user of Online Shopping and due to some reasons we were not able to open it and check the product on time. By the time, we opened the product and checked that it was defective and not working as desired. Jan 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 30, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Product is out of return policy hence we cant approve return. Same information given to customer.
