[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective product delivered and not answering

I bought panasonic mobile P960 delivered on 1st november, the mobile screen is defected and microphone not working properly when i raised the replacement, I received from flipkart customer care and they are explaining about change settings Im wondering how settings change the screen quality, they are avoiding to replacement.
The customer care representative saying we cant proceed further and he is communicate like a ROBOT saying same thing again and again without hearing what we are saying.

I sent 7 followup emails... still no reply from flipkart.. i will update tomorrow with email screenshot proofs..
