[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective replacement | |||
Dear sir. I am Kausar Ali from Allahabad I was purchesed a mobile LENOVO A6000 from flipkart. The dilivered hand set was not ok as which battery back up was only TWO HOURS.I resister a complain for replacement/refund after a lot of traboolsuting step followed the problem could not be resolved by flipkart.then after they agree to replacement of the set.But it was more socking that replaced set was a manufacturing defective.as which back panel was not fit.I imedeately complain the the matter to flipkart .next day i find same battery back up problem too.so i request for a refund but they are trieng to dellay the matter .please help me Was this information helpful? | |||
