[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in return of damaged washing machine purchased . | |||||
I bought sharp washing machine(od[protected]on 31march2016 . on 9apr2016 it got delivered to my home. on 16 April the technician came for demo and installation and found washing machine defective. the technician flipkart sent to me asked itself to return the damaged washing machine. so i applied for return on 16 April itself. on 19 my return request got approved and flipkart cc mailed me that they will refund 15490rs when product will pickup. 24apr i again followed up and they said it will be done in two business day. now the bad part their cc not replying my mail on 27 apr. upon calling there cc some stupid executive filed a new return request which caused me to loose my mind. i am little mentally harassed by this purchase. now i am having a unused damaged washing machine in my home. and 15490 rs out of my wallet. thanks to flipkart. regards, alok ranjan Order id : OD[protected] Return id:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
