[Resolved] Flipkart — Delayed delivery of product | |||||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I had ordered for a skateboard on the 2/10/16 and was confirmed that it would be delivered to me by 12/10/16. However, one day all of a sudden they let me know that it will be delivered to me by 9/10/16. As expected, it isn't delivered on that day, and the same happened even on the 12th, the very day that they had confirmed. They called me on the 12th and said that they delayed the delivery because their car would be unable to reach the mentioned address. However, I use a car frequently and have experienced no such problems or any " No entry(s) " as mentioned by the person responsible for delivering my product. They postponed it to the 13/10/16, and when the product didnt arrive on the said time, I called them and to my surprise they again request me for another delay stating a " No entry " that doesn't even exist.
