I've ordered motorola one power mobile from flipkart (Od[protected] and later cancelled the order due to unsatisfactory camera performance and bulkiness of the product. Dotzot courier service delivered the item to my office address as done for a normal courier, they didn't handed it to me personally but just left the courier with the office security. It was a prepaid order and what security check flipkart is doing to make sure the delivery is done to the intended recepient. And as the product is delivered, flipkart cancelled the refund request and now i'm. Not able to get the refund by returning the product. The seller only. Accepts replacement which i'm not looking for as the order was already cancelled.
I sent mail to the flipkart management team and got response saying the issue has been escalated, but didn't receive a proper resolution and call from the escalation management team till 29th oct even though 26th oct 9pm was the time-line mentioned in the message received. I regret using flipkart from 2014 onwards and the customer service is pathetic and i will purchasing from amazon only even if a product is having more price at amazon. I recollect how smooth the customer service is at amazon.
