[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery late and delayed | |||
I ordered one oppo a3s phone, the promised delivery date was 16th april 2019, the product reached at motherhub snk kolkata on 15th april, but still the product not yet receive. They email me and told me the expected delivery date is 20th april, but today they again flipkart send a mail and said that now the expected delivery date is 23rd april. I called the customer care for regarding the contact details of ekart logistics for self pickup. They can't give me the contact details. Now my question is why they delayed the delivery. Why there is no information about ekart logistics. Why the flipkart is unable to delivery the product in right time. Was this information helpful? | |||
