[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery not on time

i have ordered a moto E phone by 09/08/2014 early morning at 8 o clock, i have paid 140 rs. extra for express delivery. my order no. is OD[protected]. i track my order whole day beecause its a gift. and must be delivered by 09/08/2014 but i dont get any update after 4:49 when my order is in munirka. so any body please tell me where my order. and which time it will be deliver to me... AND HERE I ATTACHED A SCREEN SHOT OF SAME DAY DELIVERY. Dinesh Sindwani IIT Delhi

Flipkart Customer Care's response As per previous interaction the above shipment is already delivered to customer and the same has been confirmed with the customer. So closing the case.

I AM BOOKED PRODUCT THROUGH FLIPCART UNDER-OD[protected], ON TUESDAY BUT AS PER COMMITMENT BY COMPANY NOT RECEVING YET...AND COMPANY NOT GIVE ANY MESSAGE OR ALERT REGARD SAME..THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR..

I got a message on my mobile from e-kart that your item is out for
delivery at 9:52 am and will be delivered today before 7pm. I waited
whole day and now its 8:30pm but till now I didn't receive my product.
If the courier service wasn't sure about the delivery then why did they
send the message and kept me waiting whole day.
