[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery of wrong product, no response

I ordered a iodine based water filter of Aqua Gold and instead they sent me a useless cheap plastic tap attachment of Jaldhara.
What's worse is that they have not acknowledged the delivery and keep sending false msgs of "tried to contact you but could not reach" and there is no method to contact their phone number which only responds with useless options

Updated by nasyr I have confirmed that a fake product has been sent with filter cartridges which rattle, missing logos and seals and no taste of iodine. Its good that I prevented anybody from drinking this water and getting sick.
Refund the money, don't play with peoples lives.
