[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of wrong shipment and doing a fraud. | |
I ordered for a Gionee G5 (order id:OD[protected]mobile from flipkart.com on 23rd feb, 2015 and on 27th feb, 2015 i received a wrong shipment from Ekart logistics delivery man mr .Tara chand (contact no. [protected]).When i opened the sealed box i got 2 washing rin bars, 2 duplicate invoices and an empty ring of cellotape.by the time i would stop the delivery man he ran away and on contacting him he refused to come back then On contacting the Ekart logistics head Mr. M.L. Sawni(contact no.[protected]) he also refused to refund my money and said that he cant do anything and made a fun of the incident.Then i contacted flipkart executive and they asked me to wait for 24 hours. Now they are not responding so please let me know the status of complaint and please take immediate actions and contact me regarding the problem. Please also take actions against Ekart Logistics Head Mr.M.L.Sawni for ignoring my problem and making a joke out of it.

Verified Support Feb 28, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he says that he received an empty box and was not happy of the rude behaviour of the hun in-charge, so informed him that we will escalate the issue to the concerned team and have it addressed. However, it is found that we have already given resolution to customer on refund. So closing the case.
