[Resolved]  Flipkart — Dell JWPHF 6 Cell Laptop Battery

My order id is od[protected]. Its a laptop battery which has 6 months warrenty and i get on 17 may 2015 but this battery is not working no back up at all so i called flipkart customer care and they told me to talk to dell for this we dont have dell service centre in bikaner so i called dell customer care but they told that this battery is 2011 model and they cant help us in this. I called flipkart again and again every time a new person pick up phone again i repeat my problem to them and afetr a particular time call gets disconnected. Sir please solve my matter as soon as possible because if my 6 months period will expire then they will not do anything... They are harrasing me mentally thank you
